A company called Roth-Rau,a guest in this country, working at the Globalfoundries Project in Malta NY is FORCING, under threat of dismissal American Union workers to wear the German Flag on their hard hats or be fired. I am curious if they have free speech laws in Germany. Members must take colored electrical tape if need be and put the German Flag Colors in order on their hard hats everyday. If members refuse they are to be fired. The Millwright BA Terry Middleton refuses to put a stop to this.
This company conspired with Millwright BA Terry Middleton to place the first NON UNION $11 an hour helpers on this job site. Middleton gave them to Roth-Rau 5 months ago.The laborers have reported that these so called helpers are doing Millwright work right along side the millwrights.Middleton and 1163 are dispatching outside of the MX 20/20 referral system forced on the members by Capelli and the UBC. Despite the UBC telling Judge Berman that Middleton and the 1163 Millwrights are part of the Northeast Regional Council Capelli says they are not and Middleton can operate independently. He is sending in non Union helpers while 260 Carpenters are on the out of work list.Roth- Rau has reported there is NO millwright training required to work for Roth- Rau at Globalfoundries.This is the same Millwright Local the UBC plans to put the NYC millwrights in under this same UBC dirtbag BA.
BA Terry Middleton is a hand appointed UBC rat . He personally sold out the Local 229 in glens falls to the Empire Council who put it in trusteeship and crushed it. The Empire council ran its Pension fund from $83 to $20 a credited year and destroyed its health fund. Middleton and Lenny Osborn signed every lawsuit on behalf of the UBC and council and were the 229 members used by the UBC to crush the Local and its funds. Middleton was rewarded with a BAs job and is now back to screwing UBC members.
